Pole Dancing is a form of performing art that combines dancing and gymnastics and is an all-in-one workout program. Rigorous strength training combined with an exciting spectrum of dance choreography helps burn calories, increase flexibility and coordination, and tone muscles.

Attire: Fitted shorts and a tank top would be best. The skin on your thighs and arms need to be bare to grip the pole. No shoes required. Remember to remove all jewelry and not to use any moisturizer on your skin before class.
