Freida has been an active performer in the arts industry from the tender age of 12. Bouncy by nature, a huge part of her life revolved around singing and dancing. When she decided to share her passion for dance and fitness, she started up her own studio which she operated successfully for 6 years until recently when she sold the business in exchange for more time to raise her baby boy. Whenever time permits, she still performs with her band and dances with her troupe. She is also an accomplished choreographer and fitness instructor.
